What should I watch first Sons of Anarchy or the Wire?

It depends. I personally think that The Wire is the best thing ever to grace a tv screen. However, I've recommended it to several people who blasphemously found it too slow and (wincing!) boring. Sons of Anarchy is more action packed but also more simplistic. I enjoyed it, but grew tired of it after a couple of seasons. It's very formulaic: the good guys (who are really bad guys) get into trouble. Bad things happen. read more
