Owing to the shift system, there are hardly any female employees in my BU. Even if there are, the number is alarmingly disproportionate against male employees. I work in CGI. My job requires me to work with client and if (and as it stands) the client geography is different from mine, to even out the time zone difference I have to work in a shift which isn’t considered ‘NORMAL’ late night per se. read more
