Lasagna's taste profile is fairly similar to Pizza. With the fat of the cheese and meat, and the long stewed flavor of most traditional sauces, I like a light beer with some bitterness. One of my favorites is Blue Paddle by New Belgium. I can imagine most Pilsners working well. If you want to keep it Italian, Birra Moretti is a known crowd-pleaser. read more
