If you are confused at any time about what to do if you have missed any birth control pills, either abstain from sex or use a reliable back-up barrier method of birth control (i.e., a condom/spermicide) each time you have sex. If you forget to take your pills for 2 days, take 2 pills the day you remember and 2 pills the next day. You will then be back on schedule.
