What would an employer at a tech company think of tattoos?

As a general rule, the business world does not think highly of tattoos... particularly highly visible ones. That being said, I doubt most Tech companies (or any company for that matter) is going to be seriously concerned about tattoos... unless they are obscene or highly visible... unless they have to put you in front of customers. read more
