Yes its really costly. But its really important for IAF. After getting these 550(add up!!) aircrafts India’s fleet would be very modern and it wouldn’t need any other deal till 2035. India should invest slowly in all projects and complete all the deals. If all these aircrafts are inducted by 2025, then Indian Air force will be very strong. read more
