Place the rose petals in a freezer-safe food storage bag, taking care to get out as much air as possible. If you have a food sealer, put a small bundle of paper towel into the sealing bag before extracting the air. That will keep the petals from getting crushed. read more
Free the petals from the stems by using scissors to snip around the base of the rose petals. Be sure to cut around the entire flower. You can also pluck the petals by gently pulling each one from the base of the stems. read more
