Anyone with enough common sense would call the cops, but they wouldn't be stupid enough to do it while watching the crime. They'd go somewhere out of sight of the yakuza and call from there. The author is also pretty damn rude to presume just because no Japanese person was stupid enough to get into a fight with a Yakuza, that they were doing nothing. read more
