If TV was not invented, this would have been a major hurdle; it would have still been possible for us to acquire knowledge about current affairs, by means of newspapers and transistors, but we would not have been able to actually see all those happenings, in which case, it would have been very difficult for us to gauge the degree of suffering and/or problems of others. read more

I don’t like television, so it would be a more peaceful place. But it is questionable whether Youtube and Netflix would have ever been invented had television not came first, and that would have not been a desirable situation for me. read more
