LA doesn’t have a center like most big cities and while downtown is getting hugely better, people talk of Santa Monica increasingly as if it is the center of LA. This is drawing more and more different types of people into SM along with tourists, I understand that the SM Pier is one of the largest attractions in all of Southern California. read more
