Fennecs have a bark that is kind of like a dog. It is very muffled, and their mouths may not even move. They have a purr/growl sound and they also snarl in “fierce play.” The most wonderful sound is a trill or bird-like sound that some make at night. It sounds like a bird call or an owl.
