I love food! And Japaneese food is one of my very favorites. I think that food and culture are closely related and to understand one it helps to understand the other. I am not a Japanese. My impression on Japanese food changes according to how long I have been living in Japan: 1st month: Japanese foods are so plain in taste. Almost no salt, almost no spice.
