I find you can feel the puppies move around the 7th week but be gentle when trying to feel. GENTLY lay your hand on her side between her back legs & her ribs & you should feel them move. hey my dog is curently pregnant she has a week to go and I only just started to feel them move it also depends on the soze of the dog if your dog is a large breeed then the pups stay tucked away in the rib cage till the last week of pregnancy and then start to drop down soo dont wory if you cnt feel eneything just yet. hope this is helpfull. read more

Thank you for the information. An ultrasound or xray can be done to confirm if she is truly pregnant or not. Dogs can develop a pseudopregnancy, or false pregnancy. They may look and act pregnant due to the hormones, but after the gerstation period will go back to normal. Another possibility could be that she is developing a pyometra. read more
