Throughout the years, I have gotten so many questions regarding diet soda on a Keto diet. Is it okay to drink since it's 0 grams of carbohydrates (thanks to sugar alcohols and sweeteners)?. There's no evidence that diet sweeteners has any effect on a keto diet. As for energy drinks, most of those are just hype (perhaps less for those with actual caffeine). My personal preference is to use a caffeine tablet and drink it down with some diet soda. 8-) That way I can regulate exactly the amount of caffeine I take based on my needs. read more
