Unless the TIME exceeds the normal life of humans (multi-generational flights) that only leaves RATE (of speed) and to reach Saturn’s moon. Keep in mind that the TIME factor can be adjusted by allowing for launch at the TIME when the departure place (earth) and the destination (Saturn's Titan) are in their optimal locations for shortening the TIME. read more
