When will the Madison Square Garden be replaced?

The original Penn Station was demolished to build the current Madison Square Garden in the first place. MSG will likely last past 2023 primarily since funding does not exist to build a new above ground Penn Station. read more

Don't get me wrong. I think it's an amazing place but you cant just keep renovating forever. Eventually they have to build a new one from scratch. read more
