The stairs in the Big House are pretty intense, so are the ones in Crisler. If you are looking for stairs outside, I recommend the ones across from the Hospital that lead to the parking lot by the Arboretum. read more
The best place to stair climb outside of a gym is the tallest building to which you have access. Don't break in anywhere, but find the tallest one you can get to and go up the stairs rapidly. Come down at a nice, controlled pace and then repeat. read more
