Where are places to run bleachers/stairs in Charlotte, NC?

I'm not sure if it's open to the public, but try the American Legion Memorial Stadium in midtown, adjacent to the Little Sugar Creek Greenway (another good place for running). Some of the walkways down to the Greenway from street level feature steps you could run, although they would be short. read more

All, I'm looking for a place to run stairs in the Dilworth/Sedgefield area. I've tried to find a few high schools, but they either don't have large bleachers around the football field or they have the gates locked. In Indy and Kansas City I had no issues finding large high school football stadiums to use, but haven't found much here. read more
