The best is the De’ Coltelli gelato shop on the River Arno - you can’t miss it because it’s in a beautifully ornate red-coloured building. Have the pistachio it’s amazing and my favourite. The gelato shop is on the route from Centrale Station to the Leaning Tower of Pisa (or vice versa). read more
