Can't say I'm an authority on current Skydiving in Spain, or even Skydiving in general, but I fondly remember my 3 days in Skydive Ampuriabrava, which was about 1 hour north of Barcelona by Train. I remember at the time I met there a Spanish Skydiver who said he drove 10 hours from the Madrid area just to come jumping in there. read more
Please note that skydiving safety has little to do with location - in order to operate skydiving centers must meet their federal aviation regulations in addition to safety requirements from their sport parachuting association (CSPA in Canada, USPA in the USA, etc.) It's important to note that skydiving is inherently dangerous. read more
