The closest neighborhoods would be East Capitol Hill, Madison Park, Eastlake, Montlake, (best school district, not much availability). There are some options in these areas but not very high turn over rates. Not many neighborhoods near the city where you can have a 30 minute commute AND a spacious backyard. read more

There are plenty of luxury apartments in Seattle that are perfectly situated in the Downtown area, that provide the best of both worlds: an easy commute in, around, and out of town, along with a convenient and comfortable place in which to return home to at the end of the long work day. read more
