1/ I've been to Cuba several times and stayed there in several different kind of place, Hotel Nacional de Cuba, Hotel Vedado, y casa. To tell you the truth, hotels sucks, but live there is safe( both your money and your life), but some apartment in Mirama is not safe as one of my friend had been stolen for 1000EUR. read more

There is a free shuttle from hotel to Old Havana, or La Rampa 3 times a day. I think this is now a standard for most of the Miramar hotels. Good: In Miramar, it's easier to walk around neighbourhoods without being hit on constantly. The 50's bauhaus etc. feel of Miramar neighbourhoods is part of the Havana story, shouldn't be missed. read more
