Anacondas are so huge that it can crush almost any animal effortlessly by coiling around them ( probably not an elephant ). But one animal it definitely doesn't want to mess with would be a porcupine. The porcupine has so many quills that keeps most predators away. read more
If a jaguar encounters an anaconda, it may fight back in self-defense, however, it would rarely prey on the anaconda due to the size and tenacity of the snake. When and if the jaguar does kill an anaconda, it would do so with bites to the head, neck or throat. read more
Large animals like elephants, rhinos or hippos could all trample an anaconda to death without much difficulty. Big cats like lions or tigers could kill an anaconda with a single bite - certainly an anaconda is strong enough to kill these animals if it managed to coil around them, but it would be torn to pieces before it had the chance. read more
