I have a very common Virginia ailment: Suspended Drivers License. Comparisons: Lyft seems to be about 10% less than Uber. Uber has more drivers, resulting in less “wait times” especially at tough hours, like 5am-7am. Taxis are RIDICULOUSLY expensive.
