Calgary is less busy a city than places like Toronto, Vancouver, or Montreal, and therefore has less of a nightlife, but more parks and open space for you to spend with your family, like Nose Hill Park or Bowness Park. read more
Calgary has by far the worst weather of all three cities. Horribly Cold in winter and completely unpredictable. Toronto and Vancouver both have a mild winter for Canada. I will agree that Calgary is clean, and it is a good place to raise a family but is basically one giant suburb and pretty boring. read more
Many liken Vancouver to Seattle or San Francisco. Calgary is considered more conservative in comparison. Vancouver welcomes newcomers with ease and overall, it is a beautiful city to live in and surrounds itself with all the best that Mother Nature has to offer. read more
