I lived in Nashville for three years before moving to Vancouver, Wa, a suburb of Portland. They both have pretty mild winters and humid summers. Both are cities to rather large universities, so there is a large population of younger people. read more
Nashville - Great city, great university, great music (not just country), less expensive but not cheap, good vibes, less conservative than you might think, better scenery than Austin but less than Portland, moderate taxes, hot summers (not as hot as Austin but not as pleasant as Portland). read more
