The origin of Baklava is Ottoman Empire/Turkey/Levant area. Although the bread products in Turkey taste incredible, I have to admit I have tasted the best baklava at the Armenian bakeries in the Los Angeles area. read more
Baklava doesn’t belong to Greece, Armenia, Turkey, Lebanon nor any other. Baklava has been there way before these countries ever existed. I don’t understand why people try to own it for themselves. read more
