I would have to say, without being a doctor, that marijuana has the potential for far more long-term effects on the body than Adderall. The disservice to your lungs alone from regular use of marijuana automatically qualifies it as a drug that is "worse for you;" however, there is a risk of overdose with Adderall that is simply not there with marijuana. read more
