Which guitarist was better: Jimi Hendrix or Jimmy Page?

These is no arguing that Hendrix was a guitar prodigy. He did things with a guitar that people hadn't even conceived of yet. But, Page was also a virtuoso guitarist and he has a much stronger music library. Page has contributed to some of the most iconic songs of all time which puts him above Hendrix for me. read more

Jimmy Page was far better than Jimi Hendrix. Hendrix is overrated because he was the first to exemplify the electric guitar, that said, it doesn't mean he's the best. Jimmy Page was a much more versatile and had a much wider spectrum of styles and was a better technical player as well as being a much more intricate player and writer. read more
