Which is better: doing workouts barefoot or wearing shoes?

Always wear shoes. Though there some some whom argue that barefoot is better for squats/deadlift posture etc, however, shoes are made to protect your feet. You'll never know when you will need the shoes to protect you from falling weights. read more

It actually depends on the kind of workout you're doing actually. Me, I love to do yoga barefoot, include stretching in there as well. But when I'm doing other workouts like aerobics, or with weights, I like to wear shoes, it minimizes the chances of getting injured and also I feel it provides stability. read more
