Definitely Squash. Having played both the games for a good amount of time within a short gap I can say Squash is far better for maintaining fitness then badminton. In Badminton it's more about delicate shots akong with smashes and smart mind that you require. So it's not about only power and speed but technical superiority that matters a lot. read more
