Gymnastics and cheerleading are very different. I do both and love to do both. In cheerleading you tumble and don't do the other events such as beam, bar, and vault. I'm cheerleading you do stunts and have much longer routines. You also dance more in cheer. In gymnastics you have short routines and you have many events. I think both are equaly hard. read more
But for some girls like me, gymnastics becomes not just a hobby — but a way of life. Because you can't half-ass gymnastics. Every time you go to practice, you could, quite literally, kill yourself with one wrong move. So, gymnastics isn't for the weak, the lazy, or the faint-of-heart. read more
