I am Icelandic person, but I live in Norway :) Lets just get the details out. Both countries are in many ways similar, both have high education, good hospitals, relative boring politics (nothing really happens), good infrastructure and so on. read more

As for history, music, and being a freelancer requires great internet access, both countries give you what you want in spades, especially if you live in f.ex. Reykjavik in Iceland. As for culture, I would guess Iceland has more of it, but it could be hugely mistaken. read more

The country is in the middle of Europe and all cities like Paris, London, Berlin, Milan, Rome, Barcelona, Madrid, Lisbon, etc. are reachable in less than one hour (train or plane, depending in the city).
