From a physiological perspective, neither of them should even be classified as"bad" for you if taken under safe circumstances (no heavy machinery, no playing with weapons, etc.). Taking acetaminophen (Tylenol), for instance, which is a known hepatoxin, would be much"worse" for you than taking either acid or mushrooms from a physical health perspective (though it obviously has no risk of psychological damage). read more
