Which one should I buy: a Duke 200 or a Duke 390?

If this is your first bike, I'd suggest you buy a Duke 200 instead of a 390. It's not because of any lack of skills or such stuff. Basically when you are new to biking, everyone is very excited to go full throttle in every place possible. read more

However if you have been riding in the past and are done with the initial biking excitement phase, the Duke 390 will be your best buy. It's 50K more than the Duke 200 but you get twice the power, ABS, excellent tyres and you will be in a whole new level of motorcycling. read more

THE Duke 200 is an excellent and probably the most street friendly bike you can buy. Excels in most areas. However ABS should have been there. DUKE 200 - THE best option if you haven't ridden a motorcycle before. DUKE 390 is the most superior in all the areas as compared to the others. read more

Again, the RC’s aggressive riding stance and the not-too-comfy saddle sees it lose to the Duke 390 as far as comfort goes. Not that the Duke 390 is all soft and cushy to start with. But then again, the RC390’s suspension setup is a tad softer compared to the stiffly sprung Duke. read more
