If you play a musical instrument then join a marching band. If you have lots of prior sports experience, preferably ice hockey, road hockey, or soccer, then play Field Hockey. Both or team activities, although Field Hockey is better for your fitness and, personally, more fun. read more

Best Answer: We don't have field hockey at my school but I know for a fact that the marching band practices way more than the football team, and has a lot more intense practices. So if you're lazy it might not be right for you. Again I don't know about your band but many bands run laps every practice and spend hours marching around. read more
