Which sparkling wine might work with chocolate pralines?

Difficult. Chocolate, & sweet things in general, are a hard pair, and the hazelnut/almond aspect of pralines doesn't help much, but a nice demi-sec Champagne would work well, or a sparkling Vouvray with a bit of sweetness to it. read more
