In the past year I've seen a lot more opportunities for recent grads to take on roles as "community managers" at various startups. These are largely social media marketing related roles that lend themselves to the strengths of Gen Y. College students can be great copy writers (see Groupon, Thrillist, etc) and probably have a firm grasp on the drivers behind viral content. read more

Tech Employers Get The Most Interest. Most of the Millennials surveyed even say their “best” employers would be technology companies. read more
