Which way does a cyclops wing its eyeliner?

I feel like you wouldn't wear a winged eyeliner as a cyclops. A lot of eye shapes actually can't wear it due to a hooded lid etc. So I'm thinking a cyclops would just wear some lashes, and maybe a nice blended smokey eye lol.
