I’d put down Emperor Antoninus Pius and Emperor Constantine XI Palaeologos as the best. As for the worst, I’d put down Maximinis Thrax and Andronikos Komnenos. I choose these Emperors, not just based on their acts during their rule but also due to their character. read more
