Having said that, dentistry is more physically demanding and I would often finish a day physically and mentally exhausted. That is something quite rare in pathology but it does have its moments. Like all dentist posters above, I have to agree that the lifestyle of the dentist is very good. I'm a pediatric dentist who works 2 days a week (9-4: 30) and my husband who's a prosthodontist works 4 days a week (8: 30-4: 30). We do belong to a country club and he golfs almost every day except for when it rains. read more
