Who makes more money pilots or lawyers?

Let's generalize a bit here in order to address this question. We are assuming this comparison is in the US and we are comparing top pilot job in a top airline against a top lawyer job in a top law firm. A lawyer at a large firm will probably make more than the captain. However, the lawyer at the small firm will usually make more than the pilot at the regional carrier or a first officer at a major carrier (other than a wide body FO maybe). read more

I also like law. I think I mostly want to be a lawyer because of the pay. I have seen that pilots make a lot of money and I have also seen that they don't get payed much. If I was a pilot could I get paid as much as a lawyer. I was also wondering if it would be possible to be a lawyer and pilot at the same time. read more
