It all depends. I was a bat boy for the Giants one game when I was 12. Some of the bat boys were players sons or organization family members. My girl friend's dad did the catering for the team, so that's how I got hooked up. Generally, the home team provides bat boys (or girls - yes there have been a few) for the visiting team as well. read more
