I'm going with Bundy. Here's why. The Ripper was a disorganized, probably psychotic, offender. He killed prostitutes- high-risk victims- and probably lived in the area. His murders were frenzied and messy- the victims were mutilated. He didn't plan them. He also didn't sexually assault the victims, as a rule. read more

To summarize Bundy's section, although he was highly intelligent, careful, in dangerously good shape, and probably more than capable of taking on Dahmer and The Ripper, he was still likely nowhere near as smart as the last killer on our list: Zodiac. read more
