Well you have to define what you mean by most dangerous/scariest. If you mean do the most damage to Europe and most mass murder before imploding it would be someone like Himmler or Heydrich. If you mean by most dangerous give the WAllies and Soviets the biggest run for money you are taking about any number of pragmatic but not genocidal generals. read more
