Even if Flash speed blitzes Iceman and takes him down, he might find out that he's not out. Iron Fist took Bobby's head off only to be pummeled by a blizzard of ice fists. Iceman has also shown the ability to freeze someone's blood. Honestly Bobby has hit OP status tbh. I think he could conceivably take out superman. read more
Flash can only win in a foot race against Superman; that's pretty impressive, though. Also, Flash can travel through time via the time treadmill, but this is an outside device, and not something natural inherent to Flash's abilities. read more
