In my opinion, Sasuke wins 6.5/10. It's incredibly close, but Sasuke takes it slightly due to one thing. Adult Sasuke has been stated to be equal to Hokage Naruto--which, in my opinion, doesn't make a whole lot of sense. read more
Sasuke was amped when he fought Naruto at VoTE, toneri would lose but sasuke wouldn't just stomp him effortlessly. Indeed, Sasuke had the power of the bijuus when he fought Naruto, and Naruto had that power (or some of it, it wasnt entirely clear) when he fought Toneri, and it was still pretty close. read more
