Best Answer: Assuming both are mature adults, the grizzly bear would almost surely win. The lion is much more agile, however to do significant damage to the bear it would likely need to get to the bears neck; the fact that the bear can stand upright is the perfect defense for this. read more

I think the lion would win because they are faster and more fierce than the grizzly bear but also lions most of the time fight in prides and grizzlies fight alone so if they were to meet in the wild the lion would win but one lion on one grizzly grizzly would win. read more
