While I agree with the others that Iron Fist ultimately will probably win. Most people underestimate Daredevil. He has insane reflexes and is at the peak of physical fitness. He also has a ridiculous amount of actual fight experience and can adjust to his opponent better than any other street level character I've ever read. read more
So an encounter between Iron Fist and Daredevil would most likely be a long martial arts fight. Iron Fist isn’t just going to power up and blast Daredevil into oblivion. In fact, if Danny did try to just power through without giving Matt any respect, he would probably miss and leave himself open which would give Daredevil a real chance at pulling it out. read more

If we are talking about "The Immortal Iron Fist," then poor old "Horn-Head" hasn't got a prayer in hell. If we are talking about Iron Fist during his old "Hero For Hire" days, then it will be one hell of a fight, but if it goes long enough, Daredevil will get the better of him. read more
