Who would win between a spinosaurus and an elephant?

Ever since the Spinosaurus in Jurassic Park 3 killed that Tyrannosaurus Rex, I've been hearing so much controversy about who would win. But if nothing else, most of what I've read in books and polls is backed up with evidence. A lot of people say Tyrannosaurus would win and they have the facts to prove it.
